The Staff at Saint Therese
Rev. Luis Carlos Moreno
Please join me in welcoming to our parish our newest associate,
Father Luis Carlos Moreno. Fr. Luis Carlos was born in Medelin,
Columbia, the son of John and MarieTeresa Meneses de Moreno. He
graduated from the Seminario Mayor de Medellin, Columbia in 2004
and earned his Master’s Degree in Philosophy and Theology from the
Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in 2007. He continues to study
English as a second language at Rutgers University. Before coming
to St. Therese, he did pastoral work and ministered to the sick in
many parishes in Columbia. He was previously assigned as a Deacon
at St. Margaret of Scotland Parish in Morristown and St. Vincent de
Paul Parish in Stirling. Father Luis Carlos was ordained to the
priesthood by Bishop Serratelli on May 23, 2009.
